1. Official Rules and Terms
Zenwork, Inc. (“Zenwork Payments” or “we”) is offering a promotional incentive in the form of a US $50 digital gift card (the “Reward”) to eligible users who complete a Verified Payment (as defined below) during the promotional period beginning on August 13, 2025, and ending on August 20, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”), subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein (the “Terms”). The promotion is available only to the first one thousand (1,000) unique and eligible users who fully satisfy the eligibility requirements and other conditions set forth in these Terms.
By participating in this promotion, users agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any other applicable policies of Zenwork Payments (https://www.zenwork.com/payments/terms-and-conditions).
2. Verified Payment Eligibility
To qualify as a “Verified Payment” and be eligible for the Reward, all the following criteria must be met:
2.1 The payment must constitute the first successful payment transaction made through the Zenwork Payments platform by the user’s organization (as identified by legal name and/or tax ID).
2.2 The gross amount of the payment must equal or exceed US $250 (exclusive of any applicable taxes, processing fees, service charges, or other third-party fees).
2.3 The payment must be both initiated and successfully processed (i.e., settled) within the Promotion Period. Payments scheduled outside of the Promotion Period or initiated prior to the Promotion Period are expressly excluded.
Zenwork Payments will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a payment satisfies the above requirements.
3. Limitations and Disqualification
3.1 Limit one (1) Reward per organization, regardless of the number of individual users or transactions.
3.2 Only verified, valid transactions are eligible. Incomplete, fraudulent, duplicate, or suspicious transactions will not qualify and may be reported to applicable authorities.
3.3 Zenwork Payments reserves the right to withhold, cancel, revoke, or reclaim any Reward (or seek restitution thereof) in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, misuse, technical error, or breach of these Terms or any applicable law.
3.4 Participation in this promotion may be prohibited in certain jurisdictions. Users are responsible for ensuring their participation does not violate any local laws or contractual obligations.
4. Reward Fulfillment
4.1 Eligible Rewards will be issued within fourteen (14) calendar days of confirmation of the Verified Payment, provided all conditions of eligibility are met.
4.2 Gift cards will be sent electronically to the email address associated with the user account responsible for completing the Verified Payment.
4.3 The Reward may be distributed via a third-party service provider selected by Zenwork Payments. Delivery and redemption of the gift card are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing or distributing entity.
5. Tax and User Responsibility
5.1 The recipient of the Reward is solely responsible for any federal, state, local, or other taxes, duties, filings, or disclosures that may arise in connection with the Reward.
5.2 The Reward is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and may not be exchanged or substituted for any other benefit.
5.3 Zenwork Payments shall not be responsible for:
lost, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable email communications,
issues related to redemption, merchant acceptance, or availability of goods or services associated with the gift card,
the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
6. Modifications and Termination
6.1 This promotion is available only while supplies last and is limited to the first 1,000 qualifying users. Zenwork Payments reserves the right to end the promotion early if the cap is reached.
6.2 Zenwork Payments reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time and for any reason, including for legal, commercial, or operational reasons, with or without prior notice.
6.3 In the event of early termination, only payments meeting the Verified Payment criteria as of the date of termination will be considered eligible.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States of America, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
7.2 Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, and participants expressly submit to such jurisdiction.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
8.2 No waiver by Zenwork Payments of any term or condition set forth herein shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
8.3 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8.4 Zenwork Payments’ decisions regarding all aspects of this promotion are final and binding.
